Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Please contact us first via our Contact page before sending any items back.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us with a photo of the damaged product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
